*** EXPRESS ANGER, UPSETS HERE ***

Everyone is angry or upset about something, especially these days. Nothing wrong with anger or upsets when they are safely expressed. However, when anger is suppressed, it builds in intensity until people go postal, from the mild to the extreme. Don't let your anger or upset control you, you control it.

Anger means your sense of justice has been violated. Anger, when you are in control of it, gives you the energy and courage to take goal direction action to make what's going wrong in your life, turn out right. Anger resisted or suppressed turns into fear and can paralyze you and stop you from taking action.

Anger unexpressed turns into depression, frustration, even hatred. Anger buried ALIVE never dies. Anger suppressed makes the body unhealthy. Anger squashed, often times, turns into cancer.

Angry safely expressed allows happiness to return to you. Angry expressed opens the mind back up to inspired ideas and creative solutions to problems that are bugging you.

I always felt there should be a safe place, somewhere in the world, where people could safely express their angry without being judged in any way. Once I receive your 'anger' submissions, I bless them and then delete them from my computer. Out of respect for your privacy, other than what you submit to me, I receive no information of any kind that would reveal who you are or where you are located. - Frederick Zappone

Dear Mr. Zappone, I remember you had this web page called "Universal trash collector" or something like that. It's where you type in everything that worries you and just send it out there to the universe. It really worked for me many times and this sounds funny but in those times it helped me change my life significantly. I was wondering if you still have that kind of page? or anything like that. I have a lot of troubling stuff to unload. Thanks - John T.
